Choose seats and a length
Pick how many learners and for how long: 3, 6 or 12 months each. Pay once with Flutterwave. Nothing renews.

Send the seats
Invite learners by email, send each one a code on WhatsApp, or share one claim link with a group. Seats can be claimed for 180 days after you pay.

They learn, you see the impact
A learner's months start the day they claim. Your dashboard shows which seats are claimed, and a report shows how the group is getting on as totals.

Our privacy promise to learners
Sponsoring someone does not give you a window into their study. They stay in charge of what you see.
Progress only when they choose
You see a learner's lessons finished, active days, study time and last active day only if they choose to share, and they can stop at any time. Never their answers, tutor conversations or messages.
Nothing about children under 13
Learners under 13 can claim a seat. You see that their seat was claimed and nothing more: no name and no progress.
The impact report is totals only
The report adds up activity across your seats and shows it only once at least 5 learners have claimed, so no number points to one person.
Refunds
- Seats nobody has claimed can be refunded. Write to support and we refund each unclaimed seat at the price you paid for it.
- A seat a learner has claimed stays with that learner and is not refunded, so their months are never cut short.
- Unclaimed seats can be claimed for 180 days after payment. After that they close, and you can still ask us to refund them.
- Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, in the currency you paid in.

Who can I sponsor?
Anyone with an AdaptLearn account, or who makes one to claim your seat. They can be studying for an exam, a new skill or a career change.
When do a learner's months start?
On the day they claim the seat, not the day you pay. A seat bought today and claimed next month still gives the full length.
Will I see how they are doing?
Only if they choose to share. When they do, you see lessons finished, active days, study time and the last day they studied. You always see whether each seat is claimed.
Can a child under 13 use a seat?
Yes. Their account stays private: you see that the seat was claimed, never their name or progress, and they cannot share it.
What if the learner already has a plan?
If their own plan already covers the Learner plan, they cannot claim, so the seat stays free for someone else. One learner can hold one sponsored seat at a time.
How do learners get their seat?
By an email invitation, by a code you send them on WhatsApp or any message, or by one claim link you share with a group. Each code works once.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Yes. Checkout runs through Flutterwave in many currencies, at the same prices as the Learner plan in that currency.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and nothing renews. When a learner's months end, you can sponsor them again.
What happens to seats nobody claims?
They can be claimed for 180 days after you pay. You can name them, send new codes or share a claim link from your dashboard, and you can ask us to refund the ones nobody claims.
Can I sponsor from the mobile app?
Sponsoring happens here on the web. Learners can claim and study in the app or on the web.
