You'll know if it's working
Most seat-based tools report consumption: logins, hours, licences used. That tells you what a seat cost. It doesn't tell you whether anyone learned.
See who is actually learning
Your dashboard opens on completion, quiz scores and how many members studied this week. If nobody is learning, that is the first thing you see.
Catch people before they drop off
Every member is marked active, slipping, dormant or not started. Slipping is the point: it is the window where a nudge still works.
Find the seats you are not using
Seats invited but never accepted, joined but never started, or silent for a month are counted and priced. You see what idle seats cost you each month.
Point the team at one goal
Suggest what the team should learn and see how many picked it up. A suggestion, not an assignment; people keep their own goals.
- Group members by department or cohort and filter the whole view by group.
