Refund Policy

AdaptLearn subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. Once a subscription period begins and access to paid features is made available, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund the current billing period. Paid access will usually continue until the end of the active billing period unless the account is suspended for misuse, fraud, non-payment, or legal risk.

AdaptLearn provides AI-powered learning features, including lesson generation, tutor responses, assessments, quizzes, text-to-speech, premium voice features, progress tools, and related learning services. These features may consume metered infrastructure and third-party AI or voice resources immediately after use.

Because these resources can create real platform costs, refunds may be reduced or declined where paid usage has already occurred. Examples include generated lessons, tutor messages, AI explanations, generated assessments, premium voice usage, add-ons, credits, or consumed usage limits.

AdaptLearn may consider a refund request where:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• you made an accidental purchase and contacted us within 7 days;
• your payment was successful but paid access was not provided;
• a serious technical issue prevented you from using the paid service, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time; or
• a refund is required by applicable law.

Refunds are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed. AdaptLearn may ask for the account email, payment reference, transaction date, and other details needed to investigate the request.

Add-ons, usage credits, premium voice access, and other metered features are generally non-refundable once used. Unused add-ons or credits may be reviewed for refund eligibility at our discretion, depending on the circumstances of the purchase.

Annual plans may be eligible for review if a refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase and there has been little or no paid usage. After this period, annual plan payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where AdaptLearn determines that a refund is appropriate.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or charged without authorization, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, payment processor, or country. Payment processing fees, currency conversion differences, and bank charges may not always be refundable.

If you have an issue with a payment, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can investigate and help resolve it. Submitting a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in account restrictions while the dispute is being reviewed.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
