This legal page follows your selected interface language for navigation and page framing. The current governing legal text remains this published English version until reviewed local-language versions are issued.

1. Learn together respectfully

AdaptLearn Communities exist for learning, peer support, constructive discussion, and responsible collaboration. Treat other members with dignity, consider the context of the conversation, and disagree with ideas without attacking people.

Do not harass, bully, stalk, threaten, shame, intimidate, discriminate against, or encourage harm toward another person or group. Hate speech and content promoting violence are not permitted.

2. Protect privacy and safety

Do not publish another person’s private, identifying, financial, health, location, account, or contact information without lawful authority. Never share intimate material without consent or post content that exploits, sexualizes, grooms, or endangers a child.

Communities are not directed to children under 13. A person who cannot independently authorize use under applicable law must have the required parent, guardian, school, or institutional authorization and supervision. Do not attempt to move a conversation with a child into an unsafe or concealed channel.

3. Be authentic and lawful

Do not impersonate another person, run scams, phish for credentials, spread malware, manipulate engagement, evade a block or ban, or use replacement accounts to avoid enforcement. Do not post material that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other legal rights.

Community discussions are not verified professional advice. Clearly distinguish personal experience from authoritative medical, legal, financial, safety, or other high-stakes guidance.

4. Community visibility and permanence

A community’s name, description, topic, rules, visibility, and member count may appear in the directory even when the community is private. Messages and membership lists are limited to authorized members, but members can quote, report, or respond to messages. Do not post information you are not prepared to share with the community and authorized platform reviewers.

Messages are ordinarily retained for up to 180 days. Deleting a message removes its body from normal display, although limited structural or moderation metadata may remain temporarily. Community owners can schedule deletion with a 72-hour grace period, after which the community and its associated content are removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Local moderators and platform rules

Owners, admins, and moderators may set additional community rules, approve or remove members, restrict posting, delete messages, and impose bans. They must use these tools responsibly and may not retaliate against good-faith reporters or use moderation powers to harass, discriminate, or expose private member information.

Local rules cannot override the Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or platform enforcement. Community moderators are not AdaptLearn employees or agents, and AdaptLearn may review or override a local moderation decision when platform safety or legal compliance requires it.

6. Reporting and blocking

Use the report control to report a message or an entire community, and include enough context for review. Reports go to AdaptLearn’s authorized team rather than only to the community’s own moderators. You can also block another user to hide their content and prevent interaction.

Do not submit knowingly false, duplicate, coordinated, or retaliatory reports. AdaptLearn does not guarantee a specific response time or outcome, but reports may be used to remove content, restrict posting, remove or ban members, suspend a community or account, preserve evidence, or contact appropriate authorities where required.

7. Enforcement questions and rights reports

Enforcement considers context, severity, repetition, risk, and available evidence. To ask AdaptLearn to reconsider a platform decision, email [email protected] and identify the account, community, content, and decision involved.

To report copyright or other rights infringement, email [email protected] with the protected work or right, the affected content or community, your contact information, and a good-faith explanation of the claim. Privacy questions are handled under the Privacy Policy.
