Language notice
This legal page follows your selected interface language for navigation and page framing. The current governing legal text remains this published English version until reviewed local-language versions are issued.
1. Lawful and respectful use
AdaptLearn must be used only for legitimate education, training, collaboration, administration, or related operational purposes. You must not use any product feature or community to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, facilitate abuse, or place another person at risk.
2. Harmful and abusive community content
You must not post, request, promote, link to, or coordinate:
- harassment, bullying, stalking, hate speech, credible threats, or encouragement of violence;
- sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, grooming, or any content that sexualizes or endangers a child;
- another person’s private, identifying, financial, health, location, or contact information without lawful authority;
- impersonation, fraud, phishing, scams, deceptive promotions, or materially misleading claims intended to cause harm;
- malware, credential theft, instructions intended to compromise systems, or links designed to conceal those activities;
- content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other legal rights; or
- spam, unsolicited commercial messages, mass invitations, or manipulation of reactions, reports, membership, or engagement.
3. Platform and access abuse
You must not overload systems, bypass rate limits, evade subscriptions or community access controls, scrape protected content, exploit vulnerabilities, automate abusive activity, share restricted invite tokens, evade a block or ban, create replacement accounts to avoid enforcement, or interfere with normal availability for others.
4. AI and high-stakes misuse
You must not use tutoring, assessment, lesson-generation, or community features to create or distribute harmful content, facilitate cheating or credential fraud, impersonate another person, or present unverified medical, legal, financial, safety, or other high-stakes guidance as authoritative professional advice.
5. Community, team, and admin responsibilities
Community owners, moderators, team owners, and admins must manage invitations, permissions, reports, user access, and administrative visibility responsibly. They must not retaliate against good-faith reporters, use moderation tools to harass or discriminate, disclose private membership information, or grant access beyond their lawful authority.
Community-specific rules may impose additional standards, but they cannot permit activity prohibited by this policy or prevent AdaptLearn from applying platform-wide enforcement.
6. Reporting and enforcement
Users may report a message or community and may block another user. Do not knowingly submit false, duplicate, coordinated, or retaliatory reports. AdaptLearn may investigate suspected misuse and may preserve evidence, remove content, restrict posting, remove or ban members, suspend communities or accounts, revoke access, or contact appropriate authorities where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or legal compliance.
Enforcement considers context, severity, repetition, risk, and available evidence. Community moderators may enforce local rules, while AdaptLearn retains final authority over platform access. Questions or requests for reconsideration may be sent to [email protected].
